ABOUT US
Matthew Dollar is the owner and primary operator of Dollar Grading & Excavation. With over 10 years of experience, Matt has worked for multiple family owned and reputable contractors in the area. In April 2023, he began working independently and has been expanding his own business since.
Dollar Grading & Excavation is based out of Boone, NC, and proudly serves Watauga and surrounding counties in Western North Carolina and Northeast Tennessee.
SERVICES
Grading
Leveling or re-sloping the land to create smooth transitions between elevations. Helpful for redirecting drainage, preventing erosion, and achieving a more pleasing appearance.
Land Clearing
Prepares the land for any construction project. Removal of rock, excess soil, vegetation, and any other debris preventing your project from getting underway.
Driveway Creation and Correction
Start from scratch or repair an existing path. Adding, removing, or adjusting the natural ground materials to ensure proper grade, soil conservation, and slope preservation.
Storm Drain Installation
Constructing a system to manage the flow of rainwater. Prevent flooding and reduce erosion and pollution by installing culverts, ditches, or other systems that best fit your terrain.
